1. Very hard to dispute the positive messages and opportunity themes. 80-95% of our population will agree with these messages. Higher Education will disagree the most, and look for subtle arguments.

2. Insisting on the character traits that include rigor, commitment and the veteran component to make business and schools work together may not be as popular as talking about it. Generating the ROI that first pays the investment back and then sets the region up with special advantages will move the community and education debate back to center or center right. These will be uncharted changes.

3. It is not always easy to leave the positive messages and stories as they were intended because they are so wide open for the teacher stories. This is a good thing that everyone has a relative opinion about. These can be building blocks for age appropriate teachers and effective citizen discussions.

4. The whole process is designed to include the faith base working the left side of Church Street. The Faith Base will lead the samaritan covering the most at risk of those at risk if this outreach is going to be successfull.

5. Efforts from various purposes fill the whole space to the left of Church Street. A mix of everyone is required to find and deliver 100% of the age 3-6 children ready to the schools. The process of putting that mix together requires the traditional character, assets and attributes of leadership.
