Again, this thinking in terms of building blocks versus the house of cards is to create the emotion that is strong enough to win the action against the status quo of doing the same thing over and over again.  The system that wins the first things first action will put present reforms and practices second.  By definition this will increase throughput of high quality because it breaks a bottleneck. It will also put almost all K-12 reformers 2nd in line within the district waiting for the Socratic question of what to do if all the child understood positive direction and were not behind in reading and arithmetic.  Don’t forget we called this statement Socratic and intend it to be challenged.  Comment on all of this using the Contact Page or twitter @tdwusavalues and #usavalues.

Our system change driven individual way out of inadequate growth economics, education, emotions and ethics for our at risk children is to have them be ready to read before kindergarten.   We care about our kids and must become certain our children and grandchildren are ready for the 21st century.  The following is just a portion of what was used to get this very special point down to 100 words that can be the foundation to rebuilt systems of growth. The present systems of change do not work because they do not build foundational assets soon enough to keep up with peers.  These elements are substantive and point to the issue that the little bit of New Money needed from Old Money is just waiting to be leveraged to first things first readiness for a more than adequate return on investment from present educational spending.
